Izeldi leads the Alternatives Valuation and Advisory team at JLL with a focus on self storage. The specialist team in London works with local European teams to service clients across EMEA providing valuation and consulting advice to institutional investors, lenders, entrepreneurs and family offices.  She has more than 10 years’ experience in the  self storage industry, having worked for a family owned and operated self storage company in  South Africa. The company was a market leader and successfully sold to a listed self storage REIT on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. More recently, she authored valuation guidance notes for self storage properties for the RICS.
